Beta Terms of Use

These Beta Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClinIQ Review (the "Service"), operated by ClinIQ Review ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta Program. The Service is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We provide the Service during beta at no charge and make no guarantees of uptime, continuity, or feature stability. We may discontinue or alter the beta at any time with reasonable notice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for students, clinicians, and healthcare professionals preparing for certification or licensure examinations.

2. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

ClinIQ Review is an educational study tool only. Content on the Service — including questions, explanations, study guides, and any AI-assisted material — is provided solely to support examination preparation.

Nothing on this Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance. Do not rely on any content here for patient care decisions. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for clinical matters.

3. AI-Assisted Content Notice

Questions, explanations, and study materials on this Service have been created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. While we review and curate content for accuracy, AI-generated material may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

We make no warranty that any content is free from inaccuracy. You are responsible for independently verifying clinical information against authoritative sources (e.g., current clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed literature, official examination blueprints).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to questions, answer choices, explanations, study guides, graphics, design, and software — is the exclusive property of ClinIQ Review or its licensors. Copyright and trademark registrations for the ClinIQ Review name, brand, and content are pending. Unregistered rights are asserted to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any questions or content from the Service
  • Share account credentials or question content with others
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or extract content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service
  • Use content from the Service to train AI or machine-learning models

Violations may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. When the beta period ends and paid subscriptions are introduced, updated Terms will be presented for re-acceptance before any charges are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
