Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how ClinIQ Review issues refunds for paid plans. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use. During the current beta period all access is free and no charges are made — this policy applies once paid plans launch.

1. Pricing Model

ClinIQ Review offers one-time payment plans (3 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years). There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no subscriptions. Each purchase grants access for the stated period only.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase any paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original charge date — no lengthy process required. To request a refund, email us at cliniqreview.app@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address on your account.

We will confirm receipt and initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. After we initiate the refund, Stripe typically takes an additional 5–10 business daysto return the funds to your card or bank — this is outside our control. If you don't see the credit after 15 business days total, contact us and we will follow up with Stripe directly.

Once a refund is processed, your account access is terminated immediately.

3. After the 7-Day Window

Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days. If you have a billing error, a duplicate charge, or another specific circumstance, contact us at cliniqreview.app@gmail.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

For the 2-Year plan, requests received after the 7-day window but within 30 days of purchase may be considered for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on usage. Requests after 30 days will not be considered.

4. Cancellation

Because all plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to “cancel” in the traditional sense — you will never be charged again after your initial purchase. Your access simply expires at the end of your plan period. If you purchased within the last 7 days and wish to receive a refund, follow the process in Section 2 above.

5. Geographic Scope

This policy is intended for users based in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer rights that differ from this policy (such as the EU's 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law), those statutory rights are not affected by this policy and will prevail to the extent required by applicable law. Contact us if you have jurisdiction-specific questions.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
